Description
The Engineering/Maintenance role maintains a building’s physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and other systems; completes work orders; responds to after-hours calls; and reports unsafe conditions. The role requires general knowledge of building systems, the ability to perform maintenance and repairs, tool operation, communication, and flexibility for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
