Description
THG Ingenuity is hiring a Maintenance Lead to lead planned and reactive maintenance at its Omega site, develop reliability and continuous-improvement strategies, manage CMMS data and maintenance planning, coordinate outages and third-party contracts, oversee safety and risk processes, and support engineering excellence. The role requires time-served engineering experience, at least three years in engineering management or supervision, an HND, an IOSH qualification, and experience with CMMS processes and modern maintenance techniques.
