Mack Industries Group is hiring an Engineering Manager in Astatula, Florida to lead a team of precast engineers and oversee the design, development, and technical support for precast concrete structures. The role focuses on structural integrity, manufacturability, cost efficiency, installation success, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, manufacturing, sales, quality, finance, and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, progressive engineering experience, and preferred experience in precast concrete, drafting/CAD, infrastructure design, and leadership.
