Toast is hiring an Engineering Manager II for its OLAP Platform team in Dublin. The role leads a growing engineering team responsible for a shared analytical data layer supporting real-time reporting and AI-driven products. Responsibilities include defining technical strategy, building cross-team partnerships, improving developer experience, establishing metrics and monitoring, and mentoring engineers. The position requires at least three years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams, a strong background in data-heavy backend systems, and experience with internal developer consumers. It is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence two days per week.
