Description
The Engineering Manager leads engineering initiatives for the LB Foster Transit Products Division, covering product design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and product support. The role includes developing new technologies, creating CAD models and test programs, supporting internal and external customers, preparing technical proposals, representing the company at trade shows, managing engineering documentation, and leading the division engineering team. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering and at least six years of relevant experience are required, while managerial and rail-industry experience are preferred.
