Teachable is hiring a remote-first Engineering Manager in a CLT contract paid in Brazilian reais to lead and grow a team of more than six software engineers. The role combines people management, delivery and project leadership, engineering-process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, hiring, career development, and engineering strategy. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, including one to two or more years of technical leadership or people management, with experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, recruiting diverse teams, and managing web applications. Ruby on Rails, Go, and React are nice-to-have technologies.
