The role owns technical direction, hiring, coaching, experimentation, secure control design, regression testing, control incubation, ownership handoffs, and cross-functional execution. Candidates need engineering or security experience, people-management experience, cross-functional leadership experience, and the ability to translate risk problems into actionable plans.
