Teads is hiring an Engineering Manager for Ad Experience to lead and support a distributed team of four frontend and full-stack engineers. The role focuses on mentoring engineers, fostering a psychologically safe culture, guiding the development of creative tools and browser ad players, and supporting the rollout of an AI-assisted design agent and intelligent scoring system. The position requires leadership or senior-principal engineering experience, strong web and backend technical knowledge, fluent English, and the right to work in Slovenia for a hybrid role based in Ljubljana.
