Eaton India Innovation Center in Pune is hiring an Engineering Leader for its Aerospace Interconnect Technologies Division and Mission Systems Division. The role leads a high-performing engineering organization, sets technical vision, drives product development and sustaining engineering, develops technology roadmaps, improves operational excellence and digital transformation, supports global customer programs, and builds technical leadership and succession capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 18 years of aerospace or related engineering experience, and proven experience leading global engineering teams and complex product portfolios.
