Description
Robinhood is hiring an Engineering Manager for its AI Platform & Agentic Apps team to lead the engineering organization building agentic applications that act on behalf of customers and employees. The role owns the roadmap, technical direction, reliability, evaluation, guardrails, audit trails, and metrics for LLM-powered agents in a regulated brokerage environment. It requires 10+ years managing software engineers, hands-on experience with production LLM systems, and experience running consumer-scale services. The position is based in the Menlo Park, California office with in-person attendance expected five days per week and offers a base pay range of $255,000 to $300,000 USD for Zone 1.
