Description
Stripe is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Agentic Commerce team to own the shaping and delivery of transformative products for AI-agent-powered online commerce. The role involves building full-stack solutions across Stripe’s ecosystem, including backend services, dashboard interfaces, money movement systems, and integrations; partnering with product, design, data science, and marketing; applying analytical skills to set reliability SLOs; collaborating across platform and product teams; and engaging with enterprise users. The position requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, a computer science background, hands-on development expertise, experience coaching senior and staff engineers, and experience leading initiatives across large engineering organizations.
