Description
DEUNA is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its AI/ML engineering team, which builds intelligent systems for payment routing, authorization-rate improvement, and AI-powered digital workforce products. The role manages approximately 7–8 engineers across machine learning, backend, and platform work; guides architecture and delivery; oversees AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and inference services; and partners with product, operations, and leadership. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in people management, along with experience building backend or ML systems at scale and familiarity with modern AI/ML workflows.
