Description

Lattice is hiring an AI Platform Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers while owning the roadmap and delivery of the AI Platform. The role focuses on AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics, experimentation capabilities, observability, developer tooling, architecture, reliability, and cross-functional strategy across Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and Engineering. Candidates must have experience leading software engineering teams, building AI infrastructure or enterprise SaaS AI products, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives. The role is open to candidates residing in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada, and is remote.
