Lattice is hiring a remote AI Platform Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of AI and software engineers, own the AI Platform roadmap, and build evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics, experimentation capabilities, observability, and developer tooling. The role partners with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and engineering leaders to establish AI quality as a foundational capability, while contributing to architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Candidates should have experience leading software engineering teams, building AI infrastructure or enterprise SaaS AI products, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives. The estimated annual cash salary is $187,500 to $234,500, with incentive stock options and medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
