Description
The role leads and grows a team of AI software engineers focused on AI agent orchestration, multi-agent workflows, context, authorization, and memory. Responsibilities include hands-on codebase work, technology reviews, experimentation with frontier models and evaluation harnesses, defining technical priorities, and shaping the scalable, observable agentic architecture. The position requires at least five years of software engineering experience, hands-on AI technology experience, platform-building experience, and fluency in Italian and English. It is a full-time hybrid role based in Milan or Turin, with total compensation of €57,000–€78,000 including a performance-linked variable component.
