Description
Stripe is hiring an Engineering Manager, AI Conversation Platform to lead the technical and process direction of its newly formed Conversation Platform team. The role involves driving AI/ML product vision, coordinating integrations, prototyping, building and shipping ML systems, hiring and developing engineers, and coaching the team. Candidates need at least four years of experience managing ML teams, prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist, or equivalent individual contributor, and experience building and shipping ML systems; experience with LLM and RAG systems is preferred.
