Description
Meesho is hiring an Engineering Manager – AI Engineering to lead and grow an AI engineering team while architecting and scaling production AI platforms and infrastructure. The role covers cross-region model inference, GPU fleet management, distributed training, inference optimization, open-weight model tuning, LLM agent workflows, MLOps and LLMOps, and collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Platform teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 9 years of software engineering experience including 2 years managing engineers, and strong hands-on experience with modern LLM inference stacks, GPU optimization, distributed training, GPU fleets, and related systems.
