The role leads the day-to-day execution of a technical team while remaining hands-on in product development. Responsibilities include engineering team leadership, sprint planning, hiring, technical architecture, product direction, and engineering quality practices. The position requires 7+ years of experience in high-impact technical environments, a background in GPU infrastructure, HPC, or compute orchestration, deep proficiency in Go and Python, and experience owning technical architecture decisions end-to-end.
