Description
Rula is hiring a remote Engineering Manager for AI/ML to lead its AI Engineering team and guide Senior and Staff engineers. The role combines technical leadership of applied product capabilities such as transcript summarization and search relevance with architecture of foundational ML platforms, including feature stores and AI observability. The manager will also oversee clinical safety, model scaling, hiring, retention, and the delivery of both product features and backend infrastructure across production release cycles.
