Commure is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Orchestrator team, which builds an AI-powered referral management product integrating referrals, voice automation, document AI, and EHR write-backs. The manager will own delivery, architecture, hiring, customer-facing integration strategy, and product generalization while remaining technical and coaching engineers. The role requires EHR integration experience, healthcare interoperability knowledge, full-stack engineering experience, at least one year managing engineers, and five or more years as an individual contributor.
