NEOGOV is hiring an AI Platform Engineering Manager to lead a small team building shared AI services, infrastructure, and tooling for its public-sector SaaS products. The role owns the GenAI, AI agents, RAG, intelligent automation, and platform roadmap; partners with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Security; and establishes governance, safety, and reusable patterns. It requires 6–8 years of engineering experience, 1–2 years leading as a manager or tech lead, and hands-on expertise in GenAI/LLMs, .NET, Python, distributed systems, cloud-native development, IaC, CI/CD, and AI governance.
