Wisedocs is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI Product Development to lead the next generation of their medical document analysis platform. The role involves managing 2-3 cross-functional pods, overseeing AI product and model development from prototype to production, and owning core data, labeling, training, and inference capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning, particularly with large language models, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
