Chubb India is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager in Hyderabad or Bangalore to lead hands-on engineering teams building enterprise-grade platforms on Java, .NET, and Azure. The role focuses on establishing AI-native engineering practices across the software development lifecycle, embedding AI tooling, driving delivery quality and velocity, making architectural decisions, and developing engineers and technical leads. Candidates should have strong Java and Azure experience, hands-on use of AI coding tools, experience leading agile engineering teams, and 15–20 years of software engineering experience with at least three years leading teams.
