Description
Nuix is hiring a Sydney-based Engineering Manager to lead a cross-timezone team building and delivering AI and document-intelligence capabilities for Nuix Neo. The role owns delivery, roadmap planning, engineering quality and security, team health, and ways of working across on-prem and SaaS deployments, while remaining technically credible without being on the delivery critical path. The position requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on engineering before leadership, and offers a hybrid arrangement with at least three days per week in the Sydney office.
