Description
Theodo FinTech is hiring an Enterprise Manager to oversee enterprise-level assignments involving complex products and architectures across multiple squads. The role is accountable for technical quality, manages up to four Tech Leads and their developers, and drives technical or organizational improvements. It requires 7–14 years of professional experience, technical-team management experience, experience in a services company, Java or Angular expertise, scalable-architecture knowledge, and an interest in Generative AI. The role reports to Woody, the CTO and co-founder of Theodo FinTech, and offers career development toward Engineering Director or business-partnership roles.
