Description
The Engineering Manager will own the AI function at a European legal technology company, leading the AI engineering team, setting technical standards, defining the architecture and roadmap, and partnering with product and other teams to deliver reliable agentic AI in production. The role requires prior engineering leadership experience, at least three years working on generative or agentic AI as a central product capability, and production experience with agentic systems.
