The role combines people management, local operations, global alignment, technical leadership in distributed database systems, performance tuning, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of software engineering experience, and at least three years of engineering management experience, along with strong knowledge of databases, distributed systems, and people management.
