Description
Bosch Rexroth is hiring an Engineering Manager for Mechanical Conveyance (Sustaining & MODI) to lead a multidisciplinary mechanical engineering team and manage sustaining engineering, standard modifications, production support, cost innovation, and supply localization for mechanical conveyance systems. The role serves as the technical interface between the German MODI team and the US Application team, oversees engineering changes in PLM/SAP, supports localized manufacturing and supplier qualification, and reports department performance and cost-saving metrics. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, at least 8 years of mechanical design or engineering experience, and 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
