2K is hiring a Backend Engineering Manager to lead and mentor engineering teams, optimize development processes, champion modern engineering practices, and drive technical initiatives such as tech debt reduction, architectural refactoring, and API standardization. The role requires at least three years of engineering-team leadership experience, a backend engineering foundation in Java or Golang, and experience with microservice architecture, API design, and large-scale platforms.
