Description
The Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates engineering and manufacturing projects, manages product engineering and plant engineering activities, supports new product introductions and launches, leads the plant maintenance program, and ensures compliance with TQC/QS9000, safety, quality, and customer requirements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, and 5 years of managerial experience, with the primary location at the West Point Facility.
