7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Data Engineering team. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations across multiple Data Engineering pods, setting the technical vision for enterprise master data programs and driving modernization strategies. Responsibilities include partnering with various teams to implement Delta/Lakehouse platforms, ensuring data quality and observability, and leading legacy reporting modernization initiatives. The manager will also mentor engineers, partner with platform teams on CI/CD and AI-assisted SDLC, and own incident response and SLA adherence.
