Alice is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its Data Science group, which owns real-time content-moderation inference, GenAI safety and red-teaming, and a Databricks/Spark data platform. The role combines hands-on people leadership with technical direction, delivery, quality, and reliability across Python, Rust, PySpark, AWS, Kubernetes, Triton, MLflow, and Unity Catalog. Candidates need a proven engineering or data-science management background, strong production ML and software-engineering experience, and daily fluency with an AI coding assistant.
