Aimpoint is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop its Advanced and System Verification Engineering team. The role combines systems engineering leadership with hands-on support across optics, sensor technology, ballistics, test and verification, and technical documentation, while establishing systems engineering frameworks, governance, and collaboration with product development and verification activities. Candidates need at least five years of military-sector systems engineering experience, prior management or senior systems leadership experience, knowledge of agile methods, and experience with sustainable system solutions. The salary range is SEK 60,000–75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
