Description
Anthropic is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small, senior team responsible for anthropic.com and claude.com. The role owns the full-stack marketing web, including CMS architecture, publishing workflows, design systems, launch engineering, performance, SEO, localization, deployment, on-call, and incident response, while building tools that enable designers, writers, and marketers to publish safely. The manager will coach and hire engineers, set technical direction, and partner with design, editorial, marketing, product growth, and core engineering. The position requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience, 5 years managing engineers, strong frontend and TypeScript/React expertise, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
