Description
Gibson Engineering Company, Inc. is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its custom automation engineering team. The role manages and develops 7–8 mechanical and controls/electrical engineers, oversees customer-facing custom automation projects from scoping through delivery, provides technical design review, serves as an engineering point of contact for complex customer issues, and drives KPI-based performance management. Candidates need at least five years of industrial automation, machine design, or custom systems integration experience, five years directly managing engineers, a strong background in mechanical or controls/electrical engineering, and a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
