Description
The Engineering Manager will work with the hotel management team to ensure guest and colleague comfort and safety, oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, spa, pool, transportation, landscaping, fire, and maintenance operations, and develop, train, and supervise technicians. The role requires hands-on maintenance, coordination of repair and preventative maintenance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and availability for weekends and holidays. Candidates need proven hotel engineering experience, knowledge of hotel systems, English proficiency, and Microsoft Windows computer literacy.
