Red Ventures is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small 2–4 person engineering team in a remote or hybrid role, with hybrid work centered on New York, New York or Charlotte, North Carolina. The role combines people leadership, sprint delivery, performance management, team health, hands-on TypeScript development, cloud and CI/CD operations, observability, incident response, and AI-assisted engineering. Compensation is $160,000–$210,000 per year plus equity, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
