Bannerflow is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead 2 or 3 software engineering teams, each with approximately 4 engineers, and play a central role in the success of the Technology department. The role owns headcount planning, hiring, performance, budget, delivery, engineering practices, AI and agentic engineering adoption, reliability, and cross-functional alignment, while reporting to the VP of Technology. Candidates need fluent English and Swedish, eligibility to work full-time in Stockholm, at least 5 years of direct people-management experience, a strong digital product development track record, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
