The role oversees engineering strategy, projects, manufacturing processes, tooling, continuous improvement, capital projects, customer solutions, documentation, and compliance while partnering with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience, three years of engineering leadership experience, and expertise in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related technical systems.
