Description
BGIS is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and operational support across a diverse portfolio of properties. The role covers mechanical and electrical building systems, asset management, compliance, risk and safety governance, engineering standards, incident investigations, contractor and subcontractor oversight, client and stakeholder relationships, and the development and mentoring of engineering teams. The position requires senior engineering or technical management experience, knowledge of building services and statutory compliance, and a mechanical or electrical qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
