Description

Biffa is hiring an Engineering Manager for Aldridge PRF to lead the onsite engineering team and own the safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of site assets. The role reports to the Regional Engineering Manager, manages contractors, drives preventative maintenance and plant availability, leads shutdown activities, performs root cause analysis, and oversees engineering OPEX and CAPEX planning. Candidates need engineering or maintenance management experience, industrial H&S leadership, coaching and developmental leadership, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
