Description
Biffa is hiring an Engineering Manager for Aldridge PRF to lead the onsite engineering team and own the safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of site assets. The role reports to the Regional Engineering Manager, manages contractors, drives preventative maintenance and plant availability, leads shutdown activities, performs root-cause analysis, and oversees engineering OPEX and CAPEX planning. Candidates need engineering or maintenance management experience, industrial H&S leadership, coaching and developmental leadership, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
