Engineering Manager at Blue Origin

Blue Origin is hiring a Ground Systems Fluids Engineering Manager to lead the design, build, activation, and technical quality of cryogenic propellant, high-pressure pneumatic, water deluge, and environmental conditioning systems for launch vehicles. The role combines hands-on engineering review of P&IDs, network models, thermal analyses, components, procedures, and test plans with people management of a team responsible for critical pad hardware. The manager will oversee design reviews, safety processes, workload and schedule, team growth, and coordination with launch-site operations, test engineering, procurement, and quality, while remaining present at launch sites during major milestones.
