Bondora is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead Product Engineers working on Loan Servicing and Banking solutions. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, product ownership, delivery management, quality standards, and hands-on involvement in architecture and AI-native engineering practices. Candidates should have experience with strictly typed, object-oriented languages, at least two years managing software engineers, a background as a Software or Product Engineer, and experience with ML/LLM-powered products and AI-assisted development tools. The position is hybrid and requires the candidate to be located in Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.
