Description

Brightwheel is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack engineering team building customer-facing products for early education. The role owns engineering strategy, product and platform health, AI-powered product development, hiring and performance management, capacity planning, and measurable customer impact. The team uses Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, iOS and Android technologies, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and AI automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in vertical SaaS, education, fintech, healthcare, CRM, ecommerce, or another operations-heavy domain
Leading material changes in product direction, architecture, or operating model

Using customer feedback and production data to improve web, mobile, or backend product outcomes
