Candidates should have at least four years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments, a strong technical background, and experience with modern product development practices; remote and distributed-team experience is preferred. The role is hybrid, with regular time in a Gigs hub and occasional travel, and offers a salary range of €135,000–€175,000 plus stock options and other benefits.
