Cartesia is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of its core engineering teams as a hands-on technical and people leader. The role involves building and developing a team of seven or more engineers, owning the team’s roadmap and delivery outcomes, providing technical leadership on architecture and production incidents, and partnering with Product, Research, and other teams. The position requires experience managing engineering teams, strong technical judgment, leadership of complex technical projects, and experience with large-scale distributed systems. The role is based in San Francisco, London, or Bangalore, with visa sponsorship support and benefits for United States employees.
