Checkr is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Acquisition LiveChek team, which supports and expands the largest US national criminal database. The role partners with product management, reduces technical debt, scales architecture, manages quality incidents, hires and develops engineers, and optimizes engineering processes. Candidates need at least four years of engineering management experience and eight years of engineering experience, along with strong technical, communication, and leadership skills. The role is based in Santiago, Chile, with a hybrid arrangement requiring office work at least three days per week, and offers a base salary range of 82,952,900–97,590,000 CLP plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
