Musafir is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a product engineering team in Pune. The role owns delivery, architecture, engineering quality, and hands-on technical direction across .NET, microservices, cloud, and AI-assisted engineering. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, managing roadmaps and releases, guiding architecture and code quality, overseeing observability and CI/CD, managing SLAs and incidents, and leading AI feature adoption. The position requires 8–15 years of software engineering experience, at least 3 years leading engineering teams, and strong experience with C#, .NET, microservices, cloud, Kubernetes, and related engineering practices.
