The role manages engineering execution, hires and develops engineers, partners with Product, Design, and Marketing, and leads accessible UIs and next-generation APIs. Candidates need at least three years of engineering-team leadership experience and five years of software development experience, along with full-stack architecture, system design, authentication, operational change management, and distributed-team collaboration skills.
